Creditor's Rights and Bankruptcy

Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Litigation
We represent clients in a wide variety of probate and estate planning areas. This includes preparing wills and trusts; representing administrators, executors and trustees in probate matters; handling legal guardianship affairs; and providing estate planning advice. The firm's practice in this area is led by Senior Partner R. Gardner Jolley, who chaired the committee that created, at the direction of the Legislature, substantial changes to the probate, estate and trust sections of the Nevada Revised Statutes.
We represent clients before the Nevada Gaming Control Board, the Nevada Gaming Commission as well as local licensing authorities. We represent clients seeking a variety of gaming related approvals including manufacturers, online operators and service providers, resort hotels, casinos, taverns, bars, convenience stores and other licensees. We provide representation during the course of preparation of an application, obtaining all approvals, achieving successful ongoing compliance with gaming regulations, sale of a gaming operation and other ancillary issues that arise in the gaming industry. Such expertise in Nevada's largest industry is led by Managing Partner William R. Urga, who served a six-year appointment on the Nevada Gaming Commission from 1991-1997.
Labor and Employment
